Enza Housing has been tasked with the construction of a residential estate in Glen Marais, Kempton Park. The development was conceptualised and packaged by the team at Crowie Developments.
Construction of the 137-unit facility, currently under way, comprises the development of 7 Blocks (3 Storey walk-up units). Other tasks which the Enza Housing team face include all civil work and related reticulation (water, sewer, storm water and electrical), together with a communal pool and clubhouse facility.
The site management team comprises of Rodney Tattersall (Commercial Director), Gloria Green (Site Agent) and Piet Maja (General Foreman). Enza Housing anticipates employing a workforce of approximately 150, including sub-contractors, to work on the development. Collaborating on this project with Enza Housing, is Zamana Construction, who are Enza Housing's Enterprise Development partner and beneficiary. They have been assigned to complete 2 of the 7 Blocks at the facility
